Elvish Yadav, the popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, finds himself embroiled in controversy yet again after reports emerged linking him to a Noida rave party where snake venom, specifically from Cobra and Krait species, was allegedly used. The forensic analysis of samples collected from the party has confirmed the presence of these dangerous substances, leading to legal implications for Yadav and others involved.
The incident dates back to November when authorities raided a party in Noida’s Sector 51 suspecting the use of snake venom as a form of intoxication. While Yadav was not physically present at the event, he has been accused of providing the venom, resulting in his questioning by the police. Five individuals were arrested initially under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A of the Indian Penal Code for their alleged involvement.
During interrogation, Yadav reportedly mentioned Bollywood singer Fazil puria, claiming that the snakes seen in one of his videos were arranged by the singer. However, Fazil puria denied any connection to rave parties, stating that the reptiles were part of a music video production.
The controversy surrounding Yadav escalated further when he was captured on video slapping a man at a restaurant. While Yadav downplayed the incident, stating his disinterest in physical altercations, it added fuel to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding his behavior.
This latest development not only raises concerns about the presence of illegal substances in social gatherings but also highlights the potential legal consequences for those involved. As the investigation unfolds, Yadav’s reputation and career could face further challenges, underscoring the importance of responsible conduct in the public eye.
