A lady really wanted to get back with her ex-boyfriend. She gave Rs 8.2 lakh to an astrologer who said black magic was causing the issue. Upset, she complained to the police in Jalahalli, and they are looking into the matter.
A 25-year-old woman in Bengaluru, wanting to fix things with her ex-boyfriend and other issues, found an astrologer online. Sadly, she lost Rs 8.2 lakh in the process.
A woman named Rahil in Jalahalli faced a breakup and other issues. Desperate to reunite with her ex-boyfriend, she sought help from an astrologer named Ahmed. He, along with his associates Abdul and Liyakhatulla, convinced her that someone had done black magic on her, causing problems. Rahil followed their instructions, sent photos, and paid Rs 501. Later, she filed a complaint against them.
The astrologer, Ahmed, told Rahil he’d do black magic on her boyfriend and parents for Rs 2.4 lakh, so they wouldn’t oppose her relationship. She paid in cash on Dec 22 and again on Dec 24. Ahmed kept demanding more money, and when Rahil refused, he threatened to expose photos to her parents. Fearing this, she paid a total of Rs 4.1 lakh through a digital payment app by Jan 10.
Rahil’s parents found out about the Rs 8.2 lakh loss to Ahmed. They encouraged her to file a complaint with Jalahalli police. Ahmed now claims Rahil forced him into black magic and promised to return the money, but his phone is switched off, according to a police officer.
