In Ayodhya, a multi-layer security cover is in place ahead of the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple, with 10,000 CCTV cameras and drones equipped with artificial intelligence keeping an eye on the movement of people and police personnel in plain clothes deployed at the venue.

Many people are visiting Dharam Path and Ram Path for religious reasons. The streets near Hanumangarhi and Asharfi Bhavan road have police officers patrolling to ensure safety.

The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) in Uttar Pradesh recently patrolled Ayodhya. Drones with artificial intelligence and anti-mine capabilities are being used to boost security in the town.

Ayodhya is employing advanced security measures, with AI-supported drones conducting aerial surveillance and anti-mine drones inspecting the ground for explosives. These anti-mine drones operate closely to the ground, utilizing sophisticated technology such  spectrometer wavelength detection to identify underground explosives. In addition to the aerial vigilance, prominent crossings in the city are fortified with movable barriers and barbed wire. Policemen use these barriers to regulate traffic, particularly during movements involving VVIPs.

This comprehensive approach underscores the commitment to bolster security in Ayodhya. The integration of cutting-edge drone technology, ground inspections for potential threats, and the strategic use of barriers showcase a concerted effort to ensure the safety of the temple town and its residents.

The upcoming ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony in Ayodhya is a big event, set for Monday, and the Uttar Pradesh Police is taking extensive measures for security. Director General Prashant Kumar mentioned the arrangements cover the red zone, yellow zone, and the entire Ayodhya district. Advanced technology is playing a key role with 10,000 CCTV cameras installed, some using AI for better monitoring.

In addition, police officers with multi-lingual skills will be in plain clothes at the venue. Security along the Saryu river is increased with help from NDRF and SDRF teams. International and inter-state borders are under scrutiny, and drones will be used for crowd control. These efforts aim to ensure the safety of the event and maintain order.
